Private companies in the UAE can apply for new employment entry permits, as long as they convert them to residence visas within 30 days of the employee’s arrival.

To sponsor family members residing outside the UAE, you must first obtain an entry permit. Once they arrive, you have 30 days to complete the residence visa stamping.

- Completed application form (typed)
- Salary certificate (government employees) or attested labour contract (private sector)
- Recent bank statements (3 months preferred or 1 month + salary confirmation for new residents)
- Attested tenancy contract
- Emirates ID and labour card
- Attested marriage certificate
- Passport copies and originals (sponsor + dependents)
- Medical test results (spouse/children over 15)
- Three passport-sized photos for each family member
